PROMOTING CLIMATE-SMART AGRICULTURE IN NIGERIA!

🌍 Promoting Climate-Smart Agriculture in Nigeria! 🌱
We are thrilled to share that the Adamawa State ACReSAL Project made a significant impact at the recent Soil Science Conference in Abuja! Our Project Coordinator Dr Chinda Dami Ibrahim, alongside the National Project Coordinator, Abdulhamid Umar, presented our groundbreaking work in promoting climate-smart agriculture and soil health through regenerative agriculture-based agroforestry. 🌿
Over 375 hectares of degraded land in Adamawa State are being transformed with the support of the Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri led administration, through innovative practices like Agroforestry, water conservation techniques, and community-driven initiatives. With over 20,000 farmers trained and empowered, we are not only restoring our environment but also building resilience against climate change.
